Whereas the Copenhagen interpretation of quantum mechanics is notorious as a contradiction of a common sense realistic worldview, I will try to show that ordinary speech reveals the use of an implicit logic that recalls, in a way, the Copenhagen interpretation. An attempt is made to formalize this logic, concerning deontic concepts and propositional attitudes. The suggested approach also allows the avoidance of some well-known paradoxes of standard deontic logic.
